Founder and Editor

C. M. Costa is a UNCW alumnus, with a BFA in creative writing and a certificate in publishing. He has interned as an editorial assistant for Chautauqua Literary Journal, and as an assistant editor in the UNCW Publishing Laboratory where he helped design and create the senior anthology, Protocol for Mass Movement. His short story, “Out of the Blue,” was included in Protocol for Mass Movement, and he has also had poetry published in Portals Literary & Arts Magazine.
